Message of light.

Yesterday I was anxious and could not shake it. My chest felt tight and my space electric in a unstable way.

I asked... for help. Then I heard something say...

When you think of God, (or whatever you may call it...) the part of it that looks like, feels like, is light to you... that same light, if you really pause and think of it, is in everything. In the people you are lucky enough to meet during the day you are lucky enough to be awake in... there is light. It comes from the same place, can connect in the same space and is the warmth, peace, and energy. A voice spoke to me and I was at peace.
